Tepidarium

Gentle radiating heat envelops you from all sides, relaxing you from the inside out. This boosts your immune system and is also gentle on your circulation. The tepidarium combines a relaxation room with a sauna at body temperature; this improves the flow of blood through vessels and purifies and detoxifies the body.

Both the women’s and the mixed gender sauna area provide you with direct access to the only tepidarium in Vorarlberg. After visiting the tepidarium, we recommend an aromatherapy session, a visit to the plunge pool or Kneipp foot therapy pools and relaxing music as the perfect complement to your experience.
