Culinary rarity

The originality of the Montafon Stone Sheep is reflected in the small amount of meat, which, however, is a treat for the palate due to the tender meat quality and the unique taste.

Some Montafon restaurants have recognised this and, together with the "Montafoner Steinschaf" project group, invite you to the "Montafoner Steinschaflamm Gourmet Days" from 6 to 8 October. The delicious lamb will be refined in very different ways in  the St. Josefsheim in Schruns as well as in the Kapellrestaurant and the Nova Stoba in the Silvretta Montafon.
